Interview Preparation

Clay was great. He was very fast and efficient. His interview seemed thorough and I think that this was exactly the type of help I was looking for.

For years I stumbled around with a resume that I was insecure about. I had been to resume specialists in the past at college and online. They never went deep. I felt as though Clay was tactical and excavating. I now feel confident about my resume and I'm looking forward to seeing how it fares in my job search. Having a good resume really does take some of the anxiety associated with job searching away.

If I had to make a recommendation for people working with Clay in the future, ask him for details on what the interviewing process will be like ahead of time. I came into the interview feeling like I should have prepared a bit more. It might be beneficial to standardize the interview process with a few written answers that are prepared beforehand. But looking at the final product, I'm not sure that would have made much of a difference. Clay is very good even with half-baked info, and he gives you an opportunity to review his work if it seems inaccurate.
